You will receive a personalized membership card in the mail with your name and expiration on the back side. By purchasing this membership, we will donate $5 to The Oregon Humane Society!
At Paws 4 Perks, we take care to provide our customers high quality services personalized for their unique needs. We are available to take your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our staff members are professional, courteous and efficient.
Once you purchase your membership, we create your personalized membership card. This can take 5-7 business days to arrive, so please keep this in mind when you schedule your appointments. You must have your card to receive P4P discounts. If this card is being sent as a gift, please contact us right after purchasing your membership to ensure we have the correct information. We collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registration. If you do not want to recieve emails from us in the future, please let us know by sending us an email at the above address. Terms & Conditions
Member and Paws 4 Perks, LLC acknowlege a binding contract and agreement upon initial annual investment of $20.00. If member does not use his or her "membership", Paws 4 Perks LLC. is not liable to return or refund any amount of money (unless refund is within 30 days of payment). Paws 4 Perks membership is valid for 365 days (1 full year) from date of initial investment. If one of our clients shall cancel agreement, a new company will be chosen in the general area to continue offering discounted services to our members. Paws 4 Perks is not liable for services performed by our clients. You must present your membership card at the time of service. Some companies will not apply discount if member does not have card. If you shall lose/misplace your card, a $5 fee will be charged for a replacement. Memberships are not transferable, if purchase of membership is for a gift, enter information of recipient upon investment. Our promise to you, is too make customer service for our members our priority. Your satisfaction is what matters, so please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Termination of Agreement & Refund Policy
Both the client and Paws 4 Perks, LLC. have the right to terminate any services agreement for any reason. A refund is available up to 30 days after the initial investment, and no later with a $9.95 processing fee.
